Subscribe to our email newsletter or promotional updates;
Opt in to receive SMS (text message) communications from LoBello Marketing;
Download a free resource, guide, or lead magnet (such as our B-Roll Guide);
Purchase a product or service, including digital downloads from our online storefronts;
Communicate with us by email, phone, text message, or social media;

The categories of personal information you may provide include:
Identifiers such as your full name, business or organization name, job title, email address, mailing address, city/state, and mobile or other phone number;
Commercial information such as products or services purchased, project scope, and billing details;
Content of communications, including messages, form submissions, voicemail, and text messages you send to us;
Payment information, which is processed by our third-party payment processor(s) and is not stored on our servers;
Any other information you voluntarily choose to share with us.
We collect mobile phone numbers when you voluntarily provide them through our web forms, booking pages, client onboarding flows, or other direct interactions with LoBello Marketing. Where we offer SMS (text message) communications, we also collect the opt-in record associated with your phone number — including the specific form, webpage, or conversation in which you agreed to receive text messages, the date and time of consent, and the IP address or reference ID used to capture that consent.
We treat mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data as particularly sensitive and handle them in accordance with Section 6 ("How We Share Information") below.
When you visit our Site, we and our analytics and hosting providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and interactions, including:
IP address, browser type, operating system, and general device information;
Pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages, and time spent on pages;
Approximate location derived from your IP address;
Information collected through cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies.
See Section 8 ("Cookies and Tracking Technologies") for more detail.
We use the information we collect for legitimate business purposes, including to:
Respond to inquiries, quote requests, and contact form submissions;
Schedule, confirm, and conduct discovery calls and client meetings;
Provide, operate, and improve our marketing services and client deliverables;
Process payments and deliver products you purchase;
Send you transactional messages, appointment reminders, and account-related notices;
Send marketing, educational, and promotional communications (only where you have provided appropriate consent);
Personalize content, offers, and Site experience;
Analyze and improve the performance, security, and usability of our Site and Services;
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal process;
Protect the rights, property, and safety of LoBello Marketing, our clients, and the public.
LoBello Marketing may send text (SMS/MMS) messages to phone numbers that have expressly opted in to receive them. Our SMS program operates as follows:
Program Name: LoBello Marketing
Types of Messages: conversational and customer-care messages (such as replies to your inquiries, appointment reminders, booking confirmations, onboarding updates, account notices, and — where you have specifically consented — occasional promotional or marketing messages).
Message Frequency: message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
Opt-In: You can opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting your mobile number through an LoBello Marketing form or checkbox that clearly indicates your consent, by sending us a keyword we advertise, or by otherwise expressly agreeing (verbally or in writing) to receive texts from us. Providing a mobile number is optional, and opt-in is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send a final confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from the program. To rejoin, sign up again using the same method you used originally.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (972) 971-5988 or [email protected].
Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported Carriers: T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and other major U.S. carriers. Availability and delivery are not guaranteed on all carriers or in all areas.
We do not sell your personal information. We only disclose information in the limited circumstances described below.
We disclose limited personal information to trusted service providers and subcontractors who perform services on our behalf — for example, website hosting, CRM and marketing automation (including the platform we use to deliver SMS messages), email delivery, analytics, payment processing, and customer support. These service providers are contractually required to use the information only to perform services for LoBello Marketing and to protect it with appropriate safeguards.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
In plain language: your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in, and your consent to receive text messages from LoBello Marketing will never be sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the aggregators, messaging platforms, and carriers required to deliver the text messages you have requested, and with our own support subcontractors operating on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:
Comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal obligation;
Enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements;
Investigate, prevent, or respond to suspected fraud, security issues, or violations of law;
Protect the rights, property, or safety of LoBello Marketing, our clients, our users, or the public.
If LoBello Marketing is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction. If that occurs, we will continue to protect your information as described in this Privacy Policy, and any recipient will be required to honor the same commitments regarding mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data described in Section 6.2.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain our business records, comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent records are retained as long as you remain opted in, plus a reasonable period afterward to document compliance with applicable telemarketing and consumer protection laws. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete, de-identify, or anonymize it.
Our Site uses cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings or opt-out mechanisms offered by our analytics and advertising providers. Disabling cookies may limit some Site functionality.
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
Deletion — request that we delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
Opt-Out of Marketing — unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or opt out of SMS by replying STOP;
Withdrawal of Consent — withdraw consent where we rely on consent to process your information;
Non-Discrimination — exercise these rights without receiving discriminatory treatment.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 2. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the rights described above. We do not sell personal information as the term "sell" is commonly understood. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require the right to limit such use under the CCPA/CPRA.
Residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws (including but not limited to Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah) may have similar rights. To exercise those rights, contact us using the details in Section 2.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our Site and Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services — including our booking page, social media profiles, and online storefronts — that operate independently of LoBello Marketing. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing information.
LoBello Marketing is based in the United States. If you access the Site or Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as a banner on the Site or an email). Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
